Traditionally, Tapas originates from Spain, but with a modern twist, the word 'Tapas' has been taken to describe 'small plates' from all corners of cuisine. Here at Manchot, our  aim is to create an evening of great food, fine wines, hand pulled ales,  premium cocktails and so much more. Tapas for us is the love of trying new foods, digging into lots of different flavours and to get everyone excited abut food!
